Sr. Enterprise Architect, Agentforce Supply Chain
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Own end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations.
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade integrations connecting ERP, PLM, CRM, and Agentforce systems.
- Architect API-led connectivity strategies, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, security, and agentic data pipelines.
- Set AI integration roadmaps with customer executive teams and collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solve real supply chain and manufacturing problems in customer environments and bring field learnings back to Salesforce’s Agentforce platform and methodology.
- Travel domestically as needed for client engagements.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, and CRM, with a strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape.
- Strong foundation in integration architecture principles, including API-led connectivity, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, and security.
- Strong engineering background and proficiency in at least one coding language, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Node, Go, or a similar language.
- Four to eight years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution engineering, including at least two years in a customer-facing enterprise architecture role.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and Generative AI architecture in enterprise settings.
- Understanding of risk mitigation, compliance, and security in enterprise software contexts.
- Preferred educational fields include Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Electrical Engineering, or Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- Ability and interest in working directly with customers and evolving requirements.
