Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components using Python.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team technical decisions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and continuously improve application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members and provide solutions to problems across teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Python software development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with application design and architecture principles.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
