Responsibilities
- Provide shift-based operational support for applications and services.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, service requests, and technical support tickets.

- Maintain and enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation solutions.
- Track technical issues and document findings, resolutions, and knowledge articles.
- Analyze trends and recommend improvements to application performance, stability, and operational processes.
