Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to deliver tailored customer demos and prototypes.
- Develop technical expertise in Generative AI and large language model applications for enterprise use cases.
- Resolve technical challenges and secure the customer’s technical win.
- Engage with customers daily to understand needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Create Scopes of Work by translating customer challenges into actionable project plans.
- Support initial post-sales implementation with forward-deployed Software and Machine Learning Engineers.
- Collaborate with AEs and Product/PM teams on customer-specific feature requests.
- Drive initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Solutions Engineering team.
Requirements
- Have a strong engineering background and prior client-facing pre- or post-sales experience.
- Have development experience with Python, Java, or other web development languages.
- Have technical experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud technology, finance, fintech, or similar industries involving end-customer engagement.
- Be able to independently unblock technical issues in the field with customers.
- Demonstrate strong technical presentation skills with executives and engineers.
- Communicate effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, empathy, and the ability to operate at high velocity.
- Generative AI, forward-deployed engineering, or machine learning experience is preferred.
