Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance software components across systems and applications.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on testing strategies and deliverables.
- Manage defect tracking and monitor and report on software quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Test Management.
- Proficiency in Test Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and quality assurance processes.
- Experience designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ability to coordinate testing strategies and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
