Base Salary
$165k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across the React/TypeScript web app, iOS app, and backend services.
- Own customer-facing features from problem definition through design, launch, rollout, and iteration.
- Identify product friction for clinics and patients and advocate for improvements.
- Partner with product and design as a peer to shape solutions and product direction.
- Mentor engineers and improve how the team designs, reviews, and ships software.
- Influence technical and product decisions across the Practice Engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building customer-facing products.
- Strong modern frontend skills with React and TypeScript.
- Backend experience including API design, data modeling, and working with production databases.
- Experience building and shipping features on iOS alongside web applications.
- Experience owning customer-facing features from problem definition through launch and iteration.
- Experience partnering closely with product and design and contributing ideas beyond implementation.
- Ability to work with high ownership and self-direction in a small, distributed team with little process.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI or agentic systems is a nice-to-have.
