Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand feature requirements.
- Build and deploy features using Java, MySQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Enhance the architecture of the platform to support a growing customer base.
- Communicate technical constraints to Product Designers.
- Document code clearly and concisely for team understanding.
- Test new technologies and improve codebase practices.
- Foster an engineering culture focused on code quality and customer delivery.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience with Java, .NET, or other server-side languages.
- Experience with Agile development and thorough code testing.
- Ability to write clean code and concise documentation.
- Experience developing cloud features and familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript and ReactJS is a plus.
- Deep understanding of databases, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in building and managing RESTful APIs.
- Experience designing and building infrastructure for cloud-based applications, preferably in AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Commitment to mentoring junior team members and fostering collaboration.
