Responsibilities
- Partner with the RevOps Lead to identify and build AI-assisted workflows.
- Own and improve the go-to-market stack, ensuring Salesforce remains the source of truth.
- Automate manual tasks across Sales, CX, and Finance using various tools.
- Run billing and invoice operations, addressing recurring issues at the root.
- Support people operations during scaling, including onboarding and system access.
Requirements
- Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to solve workflow problems.
- Technical skills to build solutions while remaining engaged with business operations.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams without dropping tasks.
