Responsibilities
- Lead complex end-to-end production deployments for strategic customers.
- Own the discovery, design, development, and deployment of AI and GenAI solutions.
- Build LLM-driven applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows with measurable business value.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into production-grade prototypes and systems.
- Create reusable accelerators, frameworks, and reference implementations for enterprise GenAI deployments.
- Enable adoption of AI, data, and cloud platforms through hands-on engineering leadership.
- Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders in client-facing environments.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML.
- At least 7 years of deep, hands-on engineering experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions.
- Strong system-building and production deployment experience.
- Proven experience delivering solutions in client-facing or high-ambiguity environments.
- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- Ability to independently own and deliver complex, high-impact solutions.
- Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, enterprise data platforms, OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, Palantir, Azure, AWS, GCP, and frontend or UI development for AI applications.
