Responsibilities
- Lead complex end-to-end AI solution deployments in production for strategic customers.
- Own the technical delivery of ambiguous ideas from concept through prototype and production.
- Lead discovery, design, development, and deployment of AI and GenAI-powered solutions with client stakeholders.
- Build LLM-driven applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows that deliver measurable business value.
- Create reusable accelerators, frameworks, and reference implementations for enterprise GenAI deployments.
- Enable adoption of AI, data, and cloud platforms through hands-on engineering leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML.
- Strong hands-on system-building and production deployment experience.
- Proven experience delivering solutions in client-facing or high-ambiguity environments.
- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- Ability to independently own and deliver complex, high-impact solutions.
- Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred experience integrating AI systems with enterprise data platforms and exposure to OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, Palantir, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Frontend or UI exposure for AI-driven applications is preferred.
