Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize processes and prompts for generative AI applications.
- Identify and develop AI workflow and generative AI use cases for automotive projects.
- Build AI automation workflows, integrations, agentic processes, and skills in a business context.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and domain experts to understand requirements and create AI solutions.
- Analyze, interpret, and audit generative AI model and workflow results to improve performance and user experience.
- Stay current with generative AI, AI engineering, and agentic techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in AI/ML projects, particularly involving data access, agent development, process following, and skill creation.
- Demonstrated experience with language models, context engineering, and agentic processes.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI foundations, techniques, and best practices.
- Expertise with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, and OpenAI or Claude SDKs.
- Experience designing and implementing AI automation workflows and business integrations.
- Proficiency with n8n or equivalent visual orchestration tools such as Make (Integromat), Activepieces, or Pipedream.
- Familiarity with text analysis, data chunking, embeddings, and information retrieval systems.
- Knowledge of AWS and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- A master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science and familiarity with multimodal unstructured data storage and exploitation methods are preferred.
