Base Salary
$140k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate security infrastructure design, implementation, automation, and optimization.
- Use infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform to maintain steady, change-managed, machine-readable enterprise configurations.
- Design and deploy endpoint security controls aligned with industry standards, including vulnerability management.
- Configure corporate SaaS security capabilities and build automations to meet OnePay security standards.
- Manage data protection controls, including DLP tools and secure data-handling processes.
- Build secure data-sharing methods for internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, and Security teams to secure and maintain critical corporate systems while supporting availability, compliance, and process improvement.
- Develop and run incident response and disaster recovery plans, including tabletop exercises.
- Lead projects and drive measurable security improvements through automation and self-service capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years of enterprise security experience in cloud environments.
- Expertise with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
- Proven ability to lead projects and use scripting with Python, Go, and/or TypeScript to improve security through automation.
- Understanding of networking, authentication standards, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and CIS benchmarks.
- Hands-on experience with ZTNA and DLP solutions such as Netskope or Zscaler.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence decisions.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern software engineering practices and OnePay’s Node, TypeScript, NestJS, Kubernetes, AWS, and React Native stack is helpful but not required.
