Base Salary

$185k - $275k/yr

Responsibilities

Own products from customer discovery through architecture, development, launch, and ongoing iteration.
Talk directly with customers and observe kiosk deployments and operator workflows to identify pain points.
Design user experiences, sketch interfaces, prototype interactions, and make product decisions.
Build and rapidly ship MVPs, redesign systems for scale, and maintain production code.
Develop kiosk UIs and dashboards with React and TypeScript, backend services and ML pipelines with Python, and on-device inference with C++.
Use AI-assisted development tools and LLMs to accelerate product development while understanding production systems under the hood.
Solve software and hardware integration problems for kiosks and other real-world deployments.
Support shipped products and resolve issues affecting customer sites.

At least 5 years of experience shipping production software used regularly by many people.
Strong knowledge of one or more of Python, Node.js, C++, Go, C#, or Java.
Ability to work across engineering, product, design, and customer support with substantial autonomy.
Ability to make product decisions, handle ambiguity, move quickly, and iterate from customer feedback.
Comfort learning new languages, libraries, and frameworks as required by the solution.
Preferred experience includes fast-paced product development, cloud infrastructure, computer vision, deep learning, production ML systems, hardware-connected software, IoT, embedded systems, kiosks, robotics, retail, payments, point-of-sale systems, or founding/early-stage startup work.
