Base Salary
$121k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, widgets, and portals using AngularJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Integrate Angular components into the ServiceNow Service Portal and core modules to deliver responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces.
- Configure and extend ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
- Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and data models supporting cross-system functionality.
- Write clean, documented code in accordance with ServiceNow and federal development standards.
- Troubleshoot production and staging issues, perform performance tuning, and support version upgrades.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and other delivery activities.
Requirements
- Ability to attain DHS EOD.
- Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of applicable experience.
- Proficiency with AngularJS or Angular, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and API integration.
- Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow Widgets, UI Pages, and Client Scripts.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, and server-side scripting.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator certification preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow Scoped Applications and Custom Portals preferred.
- Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility compliance and secure coding practices preferred.
- Prior federal civilian or defense agency contract experience preferred.
