Responsibilities
- Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team.
- Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly.
- Lead end-to-end Presales activities and create strong value propositions.
- Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value.
- Ensure delivery of strong Rfx’s, contextualized demos, and powerful PoV’s.
- Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process.
- Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process.
- Be an evangelist of UiPath solutions by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution.
- Develop solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations.
- Participate in knowledge sharing inside and outside of the Presales team.
- Build solutions for different industry verticals.
- Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities.
- Work closely with Product teams for improvement of functionalities.
- Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect.
- Ability to work in harmony with company values: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast.
- Good balance of technical, business, and sales skills.
- Strong communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in process discovery, process mining, and automation solutions.
- Knowledge of UiPath platform is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology.
- Driven approach with a solution selling mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive with innovative ideas.
- Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
