Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and continuously improve testing frameworks, quality processes, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Define and monitor testing metrics, analyze results, identify risks, and manage defect resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new quality engineering tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Playwright is required.
- Proficiency in Playwright is required.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and their integration with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Experience designing and implementing functional, regression, and performance testing strategies.
- Ability to analyze test results and metrics and familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
