Responsibilities
- Develop ERP system test plans and solutions, organize and review test requirements, and design, write, and execute test cases.
- Perform functional, interface, API, stability, performance, security, and compatibility testing.
- Maintain automated testing data, tools, and scripts, and use frameworks such as Robot Framework and Appium to improve testing efficiency.
- Use AI-assisted tools to maintain and optimize automated testing frameworks, including Playwright and Robot Framework.
- Analyze, report, and track testing issues through timely resolution while isolating root causes.
- Summarize test results and provide data to support product release decisions.
- Construct and manage test data for AI model validation and regression testing.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams and document testing activities and findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in software testing or automated test scripting.
- Familiarity with software testing methods, tools, processes, and test case design.
- Proficiency with interface and automation testing tools such as Robot Framework, Appium, Postman, and JMeter.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, plus basic database knowledge.
- Familiarity with performance testing and JMeter principles and implementation methods.
- Ability to work independently, summarize findings, document clearly, analyze problems, and conduct technical research proactively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, fluent written and spoken English, and Mandarin-speaking ability for cross-border collaboration.
- Long-term residence in Malaysia.
- Preferred experience with CI/CD, manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, or data analytics systems.
