Responsibilities
- Deploy and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks.
- Build evaluation infrastructure and benchmarking pipelines across datasets and tasks.
- Apply reinforcement learning, knowledge representation, and automated decision-making to complex problems.
- Build and own data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, versioning, and labeling.
- Design and orchestrate multi-model agentic workflows involving function calling, tool usage, RAG, and code interpreters.
- Integrate AI workflows into production systems in partnership with production and software engineering teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Define and manage project deadlines while balancing workloads across multiple projects and keeping stakeholders informed.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong programming skills in one or more of C, C++, R, Java, or Python.
- Advanced understanding of LLM and VLM architecture, post-training methods including fine-tuning and reinforcement learning, and evaluation pipelines.
- Experience with data and systems engineering for large-scale model workflows.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Fluency with at least one of Cursor, Windsurf, Trae, Gemini CLI, Claude Code, Codex, or a similar tool.
- Experience applying, fine-tuning, optimizing, and deploying LLMs in industrial real-world use cases is preferred.
- Strong enterprise project experience with machine learning and AI, along with effective communication, analytical problem-solving, adaptability, and enthusiasm for technology.
