Base Salary
$175k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Deployment Strategists and sales to scope technical requirements, build proof-of-concepts, and demonstrate solutions for enterprise customers.
- Build integrations, data pipelines, and custom functionality connecting customers’ marketing infrastructure to Conversion.
- Work directly with customer teams to deploy product features, AI workflows, and technical solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with engineering and product to turn deployment learnings into reusable platform capabilities.
- Support customer success by helping enterprise customers achieve value from pilots and production deployments.
Requirements
- Software engineering experience.
- Interest in staying close to customers while shipping product.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, product, sales, Deployment Strategists, and customer teams.
- Strong customer focus and enthusiasm for helping customers succeed.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
