Responsibilities
- Establish standards, patterns, and reference architectures for RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, model serving, and AI gateways.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate AI/ML services, LLMs, AI agents, and multi-agent systems.
- Define responsible AI, model risk management, content filtering, privacy, and data protection guardrails.
- Define and oversee MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Design scalable AWS cloud architectures using serverless technologies and enforce cloud architecture standards.
- Lead systems design across microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, integrations, and hybrid environments.
- Develop architecture documentation, reference architectures, technology roadmaps, and application rationalization strategies.
- Mentor engineering teams and lead architecture reviews, risk assessments, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- 5–7 years of experience with cloud technologies and IT systems, including enterprise-scale solution design and delivery.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, or cloud AI/ML services.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, MCP, A2A communication, prompt engineering, RAG, responsible AI, and multimodal AI.
- Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services and cloud architecture, serverless systems, data platforms, infrastructure as code, and observability tools.
- Proficiency in Python and Linux and Windows system administration, including networking, storage, security, and scripting.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns, RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, microservices, DevSecOps, and container orchestration.
- Preferred certifications include TOGAF, Zachman Framework, AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, SnowPro certifications, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Security.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
