Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate issues across critical business systems.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and operational efficiency through automation and innovative approaches.
- Design and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
- Act as an SME, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional incident resolution and system improvement efforts.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Knowledge of system monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
- Skills in performance tuning and capacity planning.
