Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and operate efficient Data & AI applications in the GCP cloud.
- Work with users and analyze data to understand business problems and processes, then develop suitable agentic AI applications.
- Use hypotheses and experiments to monitor and proactively improve the content performance of running systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business experts to design reliable and scalable AI solutions.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical exchange, and sharing of best practices.
- Design architectures spanning multiple components and decide when agentic approaches are appropriate.
- Stay current with AI developments and share knowledge with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Practical experience with context engineering, RAG, agentic AI, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Understanding of LLM failure modes and strategies for addressing them, including how context, retrieval, and generation work together.
- Good knowledge of Python, SQL, and LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
- Confidence with collaborative development workflows such as Git, code reviews, and pull requests.
- Fluent German at least B2 level and English proficiency.
- Experience with GCP and coding agents is advantageous.
- Experience in insurance, regulated industries, or AI governance is a bonus.
