Senior Lead Software Engineer - API Marketplace

- Provide technical guidance to business partners, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to firmwide frameworks and software development life cycle best practices.
- Develop, debug, review, and maintain secure, high-quality production code.
- Drive decisions affecting product design, application functionality, and technical operations.
- Mentor and coach junior developers and participate in code reviews.
- Iterate on designs and implementations while addressing ambiguous requirements.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Advanced programming experience, including Java 8+ for distributed application development, REST, microservices, and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications using environments such as AWS, GCP, or private cloud.
- Experience with test-driven development, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment practices.
- Experience with design systems and version control systems such as Git.
- Experience in system design, application development, testing, operational stability, and all aspects of the software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with Zustand, Redux, or Context API is preferred.
- Knowledge of Maven, Jenkins continuous integration pipelines, React Query, and performance optimization is preferred.
