Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as a sustainment lead or sustainment-focused subject matter expert for program and project operations.
- Review business application requirements and design specifications across finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
- Create block diagrams and logic flowcharts and convert detailed specifications into functioning software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and refine software and application/process automation solutions.
- Develop program-level and end-user documentation.
- Improve software performance by reducing processing time and increasing operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance to programmers and create or update procedures for complex system problems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sustainment lifecycle management, application programming, and software development.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations.
- Experience with APIs supporting low-code/no-code development platform models.
- Experience using low-code/no-code BPMN tools and developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models.
- Experience with agile and hybrid low-code application development.
- Experience programming applications on large-scale DBMS environments and developing complex software to meet design objectives.
- U.S. citizenship and Secret – IT II (Tier 3) Non-Critical Sensitive clearance.
