Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and extend web platforms for RL environment creation and management.
- Develop vendor-facing interfaces and tooling for external partners.
- Design and implement platforms for large-scale human data collection.
- Create evaluation dashboards and observability UIs for researchers.
- Develop backend services and APIs connecting various systems.
- Build scalable code data generation pipelines for diverse programming tasks.
- Create onboarding automation and documentation for new users.
- Collaborate with teams to translate needs into product experiences.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with full-stack experience.
- Proficiency in Python and modern web frameworks like React or TypeScript.
- Experience building and shipping user-facing products or internal tools.
- Ability to own product surfaces end-to-end, including backend and frontend.
- Experience with relational databases and API design patterns.
- Focus on user experience and building intuitive interfaces.
- Clear communication skills to work with researchers and operations teams.
- Motivation to build excellent platforms and operate with high agency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
