Responsibilities
- Build the agentic coding harness for non-frontend developers to create polished UIs.
- Refine and maintain the design system and design language.
- Own core componentry and abstractions for consistency across workflows.
- Manage the UI testing framework to ensure reliable shipping.
- Provide thoughtful code reviews and coaching to backend-leaning developers.
- Develop agentic UI/UX that enhances customer experience.
- Flex as a Product Engineer to build end-to-end products as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency with React and Typescript; familiarity with NextJS preferred.
- Excellent product taste and design sensibilities, with experience in design systems.
- Experience building complex systems with coding agents.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making tradeoffs.
- Ability to work closely with engineers, non-technical teammates, and customers.
- Experience building end-to-end products across the stack.
