Base Salary
$119k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with the global Sales organization to understand workflows, evaluate opportunities, validate feasibility, and define practical technical solutions.
- Design, build, integrate, test, deploy, and iterate on production-ready AI applications, agents, automations, and workflow solutions.
- Develop reusable engineering patterns, components, and delivery practices that support rapid, scalable deployments.
- Partner with technology, data, security, and governance teams to meet enterprise reliability, security, supportability, and global deployment requirements.
- Drive solution adoption through user experiences, training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.
- Measure solution performance, adoption, and business impact while communicating technical progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, technical consulting, solutions engineering, software implementation, or related technical roles.
- Demonstrated success building and deploying production-ready software, automations, AI-enabled products, or enterprise solutions.
- Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders, understand workflows, and convert business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Understanding of sales, enablement, and revenue operations processes.
- Experience taking solutions from prototype to production, including technical design, integration, testing, documentation, release management, and post-launch support.
- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, data, security, and operational teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and outcome-measurement skills, plus a collaborative and iterative working style.
