Responsibilities
- Act as the customer and internal community voice by translating complex security and cloud challenges into industry-relevant solutions aligned with Microsoft product and platform strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and assemble virtual teams around security technologies and customer challenges while driving technical readiness, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing.
- Deliver secure solutions that prepare complex customers for operational readiness, long-term adoption, and business and security outcomes.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate technical and business blockers using appropriate tools and governance practices across multiple customers and subsidiaries.
- Drive cross-solution consumption, usage, and expansion while guiding customers toward well-architected, secure, resilient, and cost-optimized cloud solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or 7+ years of relevant cloud, infrastructure, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a technical field or 12+ years of secure cloud/infrastructure or related experience, or a master's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Customer-facing experience and experience leading technical projects are preferred, although the posting does not specify numeric durations for these qualifications.
- Preferred security certifications include CISSP, CISM, SC-100, and SC-500.
