Responsibilities
- Implement, enhance, configure, and provide BAU support for enterprise ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM environments.
- Develop and maintain ITSM workflows, service catalogs, custom scoped applications, Flow Designer automations, ACLs, APIs, notifications, and integrations.
- Work with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Event Management, MID Server, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management capabilities.
- Use NOW SDK, ServiceNow Fluent, Now Assist/GenAI, ATF, reports, dashboards, Import Sets, Transformations, Update Sets, System Clone, and upgrade processes.
- Debug and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications and integrations using Java, JavaScript, SQL, and web development technologies.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Developer Platform and approximately 6–9 years of hands-on ITSM/ITOM implementation, enhancement, and support experience.
- Strong experience with NOW SDK, ServiceNow Fluent, scoped application development, and Now Assist/GenAI.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and SLM.
- Experience with Flow Designer, platform APIs, workflows, email notifications, integrations, orchestration, ATF, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
- Programming experience with Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, and JavaScript.
- Undergraduate education or above.
