Responsibilities
- Design and develop regulatory and AI-powered solutions for complex enterprise data and analytics problems.
- Collaborate with platform, data, and product teams to design and develop solutions.
- Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI methodologies and frameworks.
- Document solution designs, assumptions, and algorithms for enterprise adoption.
- Translate business problems into algorithmic solutions and work with large, complex datasets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Degree or background in computer science, mathematics, AI, data science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience developing both front-end and back-end software.
- Knowledge of cross-platform interoperability and major tools and features across multiple platform toolkits.
- Strong logical reasoning and mathematical thinking.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
- Exposure to AI-assisted experimentation and evaluation frameworks.
- Financial services industry experience is a plus.
