Responsibilities
- Develop and apply AI-assisted software development approaches.
- Build intelligent automation for operations workflows.
- Contribute to developer productivity engineering.
- Support observability and incident analysis.
- Improve knowledge discovery and workflow optimization.
- Document processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong programming fundamentals in Python and SQL, with basic testing knowledge.
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals including regression, classification, time-series analysis, and transformers.
- Experience with scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
- Ability to break ambiguous problems into clear steps, learn through documentation and experimentation, and communicate clearly.
- Basic knowledge of RAG architectures and ML evaluation concepts is preferred.
- Familiarity with LangSmith, DeepEval, LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, tool-calling patterns, and APIs is preferred.
- Knowledge of prompt injection, guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, vector databases, agentic reasoning, and multi-agent workflows is preferred.
- Exposure to Docker, cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is preferred.
- Minimum 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
- Must be actively enrolled full time in an accredited undergraduate or Master's program at a four-year college or university during the internship.
- Must be available for a full-time internship lasting 12–24 weeks.
- Must be able to work hybrid in Plano, Texas, with 60% of time or three days per week in the office.
