Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered applications, AI agents, and Copilot experiences using LLMs and modern AI technologies.
- Design and optimize LLM solutions using prompt engineering, tool and function calling, RAG, GraphRAG, and agentic workflows.
- Evaluate, fine-tune, and improve AI systems through testing, quality measurement, safety guardrails, and hallucination reduction.
- Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models across business domains.
- Build data pipelines and collaborate with data engineers to optimize data infrastructure and storage for machine learning.
- Deploy and monitor models in production environments using MLOps and LLMOps practices.
- Lead cross-functional international projects, including planning, resource allocation, budget management, milestone tracking, risk management, and delivery.
- Communicate analytical results to business stakeholders and collaborate with architects, data engineers, software developers, and business teams.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- More than seven years of experience implementing machine learning solutions using Python, R, or similar languages.
- At least seven years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, LLMs, and AI.
- Strong expertise in generative AI, LLMs, knowledge graphs, AI agents, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and responsible AI.
- Deep understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval optimization.
- Knowledge of semantic data models, ontologies, graph databases such as Neo4j, and enterprise AI applications.
- Experience with GraphRAG and hybrid retrieval combining vector search and knowledge graphs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, or comparable platforms.
- Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps, including deployment, monitoring, evaluation, version control, testing, and governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects using Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
