Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end AI solutions including RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and virtual agents.
- Develop chatbot and agent solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Create modern Web APIs with FastAPI or ASP.NET Core and integrate them into cloud-native Azure architectures.
- Use Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and Cosmos DB to take intelligent workloads from proof of concept to production.
- Implement governed and operational solutions with CI/CD, observability, DevOps, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Italy, global technical communities, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development experience, including at least one real AI or ML project.
- Good knowledge of Python or C#/.NET Core for backend development and API integration.
- Exposure to Azure services, including through academic or personal projects, is accepted.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, or Semantic Kernel.
- Ability to turn ideas into working production solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent English-language skills.
