Responsibilities
- Design and build agent orchestration layers for complex workflows.
- Integrate LLMs using provider-agnostic layers.
- Implement structured outputs and model-routing strategies.
- Transform unstructured inputs into reliable data.
- Build human-in-the-loop approval workflows.
- Establish evaluation and tuning loops for agent quality.
- Identify and address non-deterministic failure modes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver complete solutions.
- Use AI coding agents in the software development workflow.
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in production software development.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered or agentic applications.
- Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js or Python.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangGraph.js.
- Familiarity with provider SDKs such as Anthropic and OpenAI.
- Experience designing scalable systems on AWS.
- Ability to parse and structure unstructured data.
- Evaluation-driven approach to agent performance.
- Strong communication skills in English (B2+ proficiency).
- Comfortable in fast-paced, agile consulting environments.
