Responsibilities
- Analyze support requests and develop software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues.
- Design, code, test, and debug software applications.
- Participate in code reviews and improve software quality and development practices.
- Write and maintain documentation for software applications.
- Support end users by determining appropriate solutions and implementing necessary code changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM subject.
- Proficiency in SQL, .NET (C#), and VB Scripting.
- Familiarity with team-development practices and version control systems such as TFS DevOps or Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach to supporting end users.
- Nice to have: passion for life sciences such as Chemistry and Microbiology.
- Nice to have: experience with web development frameworks such as C# Razor and Core.
