Base Salary
$120k - $154k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support and operational leadership for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Review and update IdentityIQ rules, workflows, integrations, and configurations using Java/BeanShell and XML.
- Maintain GitHub-managed SailPoint code and configurations, including source control, code reviews, and deployment support.
- Use SailPoint database queries and data analysis to troubleshoot issues and validate data.
- Troubleshoot aggregation, provisioning, application integration, access, and connectivity failures.
- Support deployments, upgrades, configuration changes, application onboarding, and platform maintenance.
- Partner with application, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver IAM solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, runbooks, and implementation plans.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on enterprise experience administering, supporting, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Proven experience troubleshooting complex SailPoint production issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java/BeanShell and XML for IdentityIQ development and configuration troubleshooting.
- Experience using GitHub for SailPoint source code and configuration management.
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint database structures and queries.
- Experience with aggregation, provisioning, application integrations, access management, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting SailPoint deployments, upgrades, application onboarding, and platform maintenance.
- Strong understanding of IAM security principles, governance controls, and operational best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
