Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using ASP.NET MVC, Web Forms, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.
- Architect scalable and secure solutions using design patterns and software engineering principles.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct design and code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
- Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to cloud-native, microservices, application modernization, and legacy transformation initiatives.
- Participate in release management and production stability improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and help build a strong engineering culture.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Azure resources including Functions, Storage, Key Vault, App Configuration, and Application Insights.
- Experience building scalable web applications and APIs.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with code reviews, CI/CD, version control systems, and Git.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience with application modernization, microservices architecture, Azure, or distributed systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare, EMR, or payer systems is preferred.
- Experience with performance tuning and security practices is preferred.
