Responsibilities
- Support the Japan Value Engineering team on customer engagements.
- Collaborate with customers to identify their business challenges and how Celonis can assist.
- Execute proof projects to demonstrate the value of Celonis Process Intelligence.
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Drive change management and ensure positive ROI.
- Build strong relationships with customers through technical expertise.
- Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product innovations.
- Create reusable collateral and best practices for the Global VE Center of Excellence.
- Travel to Japan to meet clients in person.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior management.
- Confidence in presenting to C-level executives.
- Willingness to travel to Japan for client meetings.
- Curiosity and self-motivation for continuous learning.
