Responsibilities
- Develop, architect, and implement robust software solutions for the Digital Asset Tokenisation Platform.
- Partner with development, QA, product management, business, architecture, and customer teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Build production-grade automation pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and developer tooling at scale.
- Drive initiatives independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results with minimal direction.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to team capability development, including AI and automation expertise.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Nasdaq teams across Bengaluru and other countries.
Requirements
- 9–12 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, blockchain, and AI tools.
- Experience building production-grade automation pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and developer tooling at scale.
- Ability to solve problems across business domains and apply AI and automation solutions to deliver business value.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, initiative, prioritization, and mentoring skills.
- BE in Computer Science.
- Capital markets domain experience is beneficial.
