Base Salary
$70k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Review existing workflow documentation, dependencies, and known issues.
- Triage, analyze, and resolve workflow failures or errors.
- Provide break-fix support at the application and data integration level.
- Monitor workflows during agreed business-critical hours.
- Implement minor enhancements such as logic changes, configuration updates, and corrective adjustments.
- Coordinate with customer platform teams and existing partners.
- Document and share knowledge related to supported workflows.
Requirements
- Have a basic understanding of software development tools and some experience in an Agile work environment.
- Communicate ideas and technical concepts clearly to teammates, clients, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Be organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks across projects.
- Be interested in working with diverse teams across cultures and locations.
- Palantir experience is not required because training will be provided.
