Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations from SAP Employee Central to internal and external downstream applications.
- Develop API integrations, PL/SQL database objects, SQL scripts, and interfaces using SAP Integration Center and CPI.
- Develop, implement, and support business event and workflow processes.
- Design and develop complex reports and new or enhanced system interfaces.
- Create integrations, stored procedures, tables, views, materialized query tables, indexes, and SQL.
- Gather and analyze end-user requirements and build technical specifications.
- Produce system requirements, data flow diagrams, test plans, swim lane diagrams, and process diagrams using standardized documentation methods.
- Provide subject matter expertise, technical support, and guidance on SAP Suite capabilities, constraints, and proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, design teams, and business stakeholders while ensuring compliance with technology, change, and security policies.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of specialized experience.
- Experience as an SAP Integration Developer in business and financial team environments.
- Advanced knowledge of creating integrations and general knowledge of SAP Employee Central interfaces.
- Experience creating integrations, stored procedures, tables, views, materialized query tables, indexes, and SQL.
- Ability to gather and analyze end-user requirements and build specifications.
- Ability to produce detailed system requirements specifications, complex data flow diagrams, test plans, swim lane diagrams, and process diagrams.
- Operational experience with project management methodology, SDLC, and PLC processes.
- Strong problem-solving, time-management, communication, and detail-orientation abilities, including the ability to present complex ideas accurately under pressure.
