Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support inbound and outbound Oracle Utilities CC&B interfaces.
- Develop OUAF components including Business Objects, Business Services, Algorithms, Plug-ins, and Service Scripts.
- Build SOAP/REST web service, XML/XSD/JSON, file-based, batch-processing, API, and middleware integrations.
- Perform interface mapping, reconciliation, error-handling design, debugging, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and external teams to gather integration requirements.
- Conduct unit and integration testing and support UAT activities.
- Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, and deployment documents.
- Support production releases and post-production activities while meeting performance, security, and audit standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities, including Oracle Utilities CC&B Functional Designer – Front Office experience.
- Strong experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B implementation and support projects.
- Hands-on experience with OUAF and the CC&B Interface Framework.
- Experience with Java, PL/SQL, and SQL; Groovy is preferred.
- Experience with SOAP/REST APIs, web services, SOA integrations, and middleware technologies.
- Strong understanding of the CC&B data model, utility business processes, batch processing, and job scheduling.
- Knowledge of Oracle database concepts and strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
