Base Salary

$120k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver customized training on APEX platform capabilities and agentic AI workflows.
  • Provide virtual and in-person office hours, technical support, troubleshooting, and issue escalation.
  • Create blog posts, video content, documentation, learning materials, workshops, and conference presentations.
  • Manage stakeholder feedback, roadmap voting, adoption gaps, and enablement strategies.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, and business functions.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements and serve as the voice of the customer within product engineering.
  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows and build front-end applications using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Vite.
  • Build backend AI-powered application services using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and DynamoDB.
  • Develop proof-of-concept demonstrations, enterprise integrations, feedback loops, and user acceptance tests.
  • Participate in code reviews, document technical implementations, and contribute to engineering best practices.
  • Work in accordance with X-energy quality assurance procedures and perform core responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Typically five or more years of relevant experience and at least three years in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, technical account management, or developer relations.
  • Strong expertise in agentic AI workflows and practical LLM applications.
  • Experience developing with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Proficiency with AWS services and cloud-based application architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, GitLab, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts, gather stakeholder requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical content, documentation, and presentations.
  • Experience with support ticket systems and feedback management tools.
  • Ability to manage training, support, and development responsibilities while working independently.
  • Preferred experience includes nuclear or other regulated industries, technical training, developer advocacy, LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, Docker, Terraform, internal platforms, enterprise systems integration, workshops, webinars, conference presentations, Claude Code, video production, product management, and user experience research.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Rockville, Maryland office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
