Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Leena AI platform, including content sources, permissions, access controls, and governance policies.
- Build and optimize agentic workflows using AOP Studio and Workflow Studio.
- Design, implement, and maintain custom MCP connectors and connected internal MCP servers.
- Manage OAuth 2.0, API keys, headers, credentials, redirect URIs, and certificate rotation for integrations.
- Maintain integrations with Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint using native, REST API, and MCP connectors.
- Monitor conversations, agent performance, automation accuracy, execution logs, alerts, and credential expiration.
- Track and report platform health, adoption, utilization, performance, ticket deflection, resolution time, and CSAT metrics.
- Ensure platform operations follow information security, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
- Translate HR and IT requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions and lead workshops, demonstrations, and stakeholder presentations.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with infrastructure, security, support, and product teams.
Requirements
- Six years of IT experience in systems administration, integration engineering, or conversational AI platforms, including ownership of platform implementations and integration initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol or equivalent experience with API integrations and connected systems.
- Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, client registration, API-key management, and header-based authentication.
- Experience integrating SaaS applications using REST or SOAP APIs, SSO, and SAML.
- Familiarity with HRIS and ITSM platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow or similar enterprise applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Knowledge of identity and access management, database administration, IT support, software validation, systems integration, and SOX compliance.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, organization, multitasking, and influencing skills.
