Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and pre-sales to translate employer benefit objectives into solution architectures.
Architect end-to-end integrations including eligibility file ingestion and HRIS/payroll connections.
Scope and run pilots/PoCs for priority benefits to validate value and operational readiness.
Serve as the technical SME during implementation, configuring plans and resolving integration issues.
Own technical responses for RFIs/RFPs and security questionnaires.
Create enablement assets and improve documentation for partner onboarding.
Aggregate technical feedback to inform Product and Engineering roadmaps.
Define test plans and monitoring for critical workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve partner and member outcomes.

7+ years in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or technical account management.
Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
Hands-on experience integrating employer systems and benefits data flows.
Ability to decompose ambiguous business requirements into secure technical designs.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven program management skills across multiple concurrent projects.
Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance considerations in financial services.
Experience adopting AI tooling to enhance efficiency.
