Responsibilities
- Embed with client engineering and business teams to deploy, scale, and operationalize enterprise AI platforms.
- Own end-to-end production outcomes including time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into production-ready systems through rapid experimentation.
- Design and govern AI architectures spanning identity, data, security, governance, platform layers, and workflow integration.
- Build reusable client-owned patterns, playbooks, and accelerators and codify delivery learnings.
- Lead, manage, develop, and performance-manage engineering teams, including resource allocation, individual development plans, and career conversations.
- Present to senior client stakeholders and quantify deployment value in business and financial terms.
Requirements
- Engineering experience with cloud-native systems, APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless systems.
- Deep production experience designing and deploying agentic solutions involving agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, and workflows.
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open-source models, including abstraction layers for multi-provider pipelines.
- Experience leading software engineering teams, overseeing delivery, allocating resources, and owning direct reports' professional development.
- Demonstrated end-to-end delivery ownership in a client-embedded environment; internal-only deployments do not qualify.
- Ability to articulate business value in terms recognizable to CFO-level stakeholders.
- Experience presenting to and building trust with CTO-, CFO-, or CISO-level client stakeholders.
- Experience managing, developing, and performance-managing engineering teams.
