Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade software, unit tests, and automated test software for the ESOA product.
- Troubleshoot issues found during testing and participate in software integration testing in the lab.
- Review software designs and test plans to support high-quality deliverables.
- Design and scale AI-native enterprise platforms using LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic AI workflows, knowledge graphs, and persona-driven AI systems.
- Build and operate model-serving and inference platforms on Kubernetes.
- Design ML pipelines and orchestration using Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, and model registries.
- Implement hallucination mitigation, grounding strategies, AI evaluation frameworks, monitoring, data-drift detection, and Responsible AI governance.
- Design secure, multi-cloud AI solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Plan AI roadmaps, develop business cases, and deliver executive-level technical presentations.
- Design cloud-native and AI-native CI/CD pipelines using GitOps tooling.
- Build performant and observable microservices and AI tools that improve development, testing, and release productivity.
Requirements
- Recent production experience building and maintaining microservices in a cloud-native environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and foundational knowledge of operating systems and computer science.
- Hands-on experience deploying microservices to Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, services, configuration, and Helm or similar tooling.
- Experience with REST or gRPC APIs and service-to-service communication.
- Experience with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or Zipkin.
- Understanding of microservices security fundamentals, including IAM, single sign-on, TLS, certificates, and secret management.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows such as code reviews and branching strategies.
- Advanced spoken and written English and strong communication skills for collaboration in a global team.
- Experience or interest in GenAI and LLM-based production solutions is valued, with AI platform and LLM tooling experience listed as a strong plus.
