Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for UiPath on-premise products and cloud services.
  • Lead the resolution of client incidents by hypothesizing problem mechanisms and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Conduct technical validation of UiPath products.
  • Develop and operate AI agents and robots to support automation in the support process.
  • Write knowledge base articles for external publication.
  • Collaborate with overseas development and technical support teams on issues and solutions.
  • Plan, design, and deliver technical support services.

Requirements

  • Experience troubleshooting in Linux environments.
  • Experience in system construction and operation on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Knowledge and operational experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
  • Experience investigating network-related issues such as TLS certificates and firewalls.
  • Basic knowledge of distributed systems like Elasticsearch and Redis.
  • Experience in application/process analysis using Sysinternals or Windows event logs.
  • Support or development experience with software products in C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or on-premise products, including hybrid configurations.
  • Business-level English and native-level Japanese communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in information engineering, computer science, or a related field.
