Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for UiPath on-premise products and cloud services.
- Lead the resolution of client incidents by hypothesizing problem mechanisms and collaborating with internal teams.
- Conduct technical validation of UiPath products.
- Develop and operate AI agents and robots to support automation in the support process.
- Write knowledge base articles for external publication.
- Collaborate with overseas development and technical support teams on issues and solutions.
- Plan, design, and deliver technical support services.
Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting in Linux environments.
- Experience in system construction and operation on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge and operational experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
- Experience investigating network-related issues such as TLS certificates and firewalls.
- Basic knowledge of distributed systems like Elasticsearch and Redis.
- Experience in application/process analysis using Sysinternals or Windows event logs.
- Support or development experience with software products in C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Experience supporting SaaS or on-premise products, including hybrid configurations.
- Business-level English and native-level Japanese communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in information engineering, computer science, or a related field.
