Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Research and develop AI/ML models with a diverse team.
- Explore advanced Retrieval Augmentation Generation techniques and text embedding models.
- Fine-tune embedding models.
- Build a Model Context Protocol server.
- Explore synthetic data generation techniques.
- Attend regular meetings with mentors.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program at Drexel University.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
- Proficient in at least one of Java, Python, or C++.
- Familiar with at least one supervised and one unsupervised machine learning technique.
- Proficient in data science and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes training and developing machine learning models, working with LLMs and vector databases, using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras, cloud infrastructure such as AWS or C2S, Docker, agentic coding assistants, and performant algorithm development.
