Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering manual, automated, performance, and stress testing based on product requirements and business processes.
- Create and maintain automated testing frameworks, write test scripts, and implement automated testing processes.
- Conduct API, performance, and stress testing for software products and releases.
- Record, track, and communicate defects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve testing issues.
- Define and evolve test strategies and drive quality for large and complex releases.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, preferably in fast-paced and complex project environments.
- At least 5 years of experience in automated testing and test case design, with familiarity with test plan development.
- Experience defining test strategies and driving quality for large and complex releases.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C, C++, Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium and Robot Framework.
- Proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman and REST Assured, and performance testing tools such as JMeter and Gatling.
- Understanding of database operations such as SQL and ability to work in a Linux environment.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, organizational, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited guidance and adapt to new testing requirements.
- Preferred experience developing QA tools and services beyond standard API and UI automation frameworks.
- Preferred familiarity with QA methodologies and tools, QA-related Python, API and backend performance testing, SQL, Docker, Linux basics, and Pytest.
