Responsibilities
- Assess enterprise customer requirements, use cases, ROI, technical fit, and partner integrations.
- Work hands-on with implementation and agent strategists to bring enterprise customers live.
- Design and ship agentic solutions at the applied AI layer for customer pain points.
- Prototype and ship agentic and financial products with enterprise clients.
- Create tailored proofs of concept for accounts-receivable workflows including collections, cash application, deductions, disputes, and integrations.
- Build elegant technical solutions and scalable processes while serving as the customer’s technical voice.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping production full-stack products.
- Deep fluency in full-stack TypeScript.
- Experience with modern web infrastructure such as Next.js, Vercel, Supabase, or comparable technologies.
- Product-oriented judgment and an emphasis on intuitive, performant user experiences.
- Customer-centric problem-solving and the ability to position product capabilities to customer needs.
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, non-deterministic environments and iterate on high-stakes agentic products.
- Willingness to build in person in Flatiron, New York City.
